Welcome to Beavify. By accessing or using our service at beavify.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Beavify ("we," "us," or "our"), operated under Moroccan jurisdiction.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Beavify, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account at beavify@ialae.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We may offer a free trial period. No payment information is required during the free trial unless explicitly stated.
Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected). All fees are stated in the currency displayed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide to Beavify, including writing samples, brand assets, images, and any other materials ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Content generated by our AI based on your inputs belongs to you. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be unique and similar content could be generated for other users with similar inputs.
You agree not to upload or generate content that:
Our LinkedIn publishing feature integrates with LinkedIn's API. You must comply with LinkedIn's terms of service when using this feature. We are not responsible for any actions taken by LinkedIn regarding your account.
By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize Beavify to post content on your behalf. You can revoke this authorization at any time through your account settings.
We do not guarantee that content posted through Beavify will achieve any specific results, engagement, or performance on LinkedIn.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by Beavify and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
Beavify, our logo, and related marks are trademarks of Beavify. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, that AI-generated content will be error-free or accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY MOROCCAN LAW, BEAVIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beavify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at beavify@ialae.com or through your account settings.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and User Content, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at beavify@ialae.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beavify regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
